Return Policy

Returns/Merchandise adjustment:

  • Amer reserves the right to refuse any return.
  • Amer will not accept a return without a Return Authorization (RA) number; please call 770.300.0900 to obtain an RA number.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee for each returned rug.
  • Scrub on the stains using a hard-bristled brush
  • Rugs that are damaged in transit on a return, as the result of insufficient or improper wrapping material, will be refused.

Rugs damaged or lost in transit:

  • Thoroughly inspect the rugs upon receipt with the driver present. Please ensure that your entire order is present and in good condition.
  • Goods damaged in transit must be refused at the time of delivery or noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL.)
  • Please call 770.300.0900 (9AM-5PM Eastern, M-F) and notify an Account Executive that your order has been damaged in transit. Amer will send you a claim form at that time that must be returned within seven (7) calendar days, along with some sort of photographic evidence. Amer will not honor any claim that is not noted with the carrier.
  • A claim form must be received before a replacement order or RA will be issued.
